About us:
At Smooved and HouseMatch, we're on a mission to transform the way brokers connect with potential home sellers. We aim to showcase their expertise online, build trust and ambassadorship, and effortlessly guide new clients to them.
We believe that brokers who do a good job, should be able to focus on just that: 'if you're a pro, we make sure home owners know'.
Our credentials?
With a team of close to 30 people, we guide 1 out of every 5 monthly real estate transactions in the country. HouseMatch generates twice as many reviews for our customers each month compared to the reviews received by ALL Belgian real estate brokers on Google!
What you will do:
- With your drive and charisma, you will open dozens of new accounts in the first 12 months: sales cycles are short, and the threshold to commit is low (translated: you'll be closing deals in no time)
- You are responsible for the entire sales process, from reaching out to prospects and leads and scheduling that first demo, to guiding customers to enter their first transactions, to ensuring they reach their maximum potential in the quarters and years ahead
- You continuously ensure all your accounts are ready for a successful launch, and set up for long-term success and growth – in close collaboration with our Customer Success team
You will grow a clear understanding of the real estate broker's goals, needs, expectations, and preferences continuously and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise
About you:
You're relentless, resourceful and you like money (or else, what are you even doing in sales?!):
- đź’Ą Energy: work experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus but is not needed, as long as you have mamba mentality and are extremely motivated
- 🤠Resourceful: if you do it right, you'll constantly be honing our approach and try things we haven't tried before. You keep your eyes on the ball and take independent decisions and initiatives
- 🤓 Eager to learn: you see feedback as an unfair advantage helping you win in the arena. You're not moving closer to the goal posts: rather, you have a strong desire to constantly improve and scale yourself
- 🔪 Winner’s mentality: you have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results
- 👩‍🚀 You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 🇧🇪 You are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus
- 🎢 You want to be part of a fast-growing & ambitious start-up
