About us:

At Smooved and HouseMatch, we're on a mission to transform the way brokers connect with potential home sellers. We aim to showcase their expertise online, build trust and ambassadorship, and effortlessly guide new clients to them.

We believe that brokers who do a good job, should be able to focus on just that: 'if you're a pro, we make sure home owners know'.

Our credentials?

With a team of close to 30 people, we guide 1 out of every 5 monthly real estate transactions in the country. HouseMatch generates twice as many reviews for our customers each month compared to the reviews received by ALL Belgian real estate brokers on Google!

The program:

• At first, you interview sellers who have recently sold their property with one of our real estate agents and are willing to share their opinions. This provides our agents with valuable feedback on how they can improve their services. Additionally, the reviews are featured on HouseMatch – Belgium's largest review platform for real estate agents (developed by us)!
• If you master the right pace and the required quality of the reviews, we will further train you as commercial advisor to help movers select the best energy and telecom contracts for their new home**.**
• If you are also available in the mornings and have convinced us of the quality of your work, we will further train you to complete the moving administration for the movers ordering contracts from Smooved..

About you:

✔️ You can work at least 1 of the 2 shifts per week – the more, the merrier! 👏

✔️ Flawless Dutch is a must, and you’re also very fluent in English.

✔️ Bringing 🔥 energy to your communication is VERY important!

What we offer

Practicalities

• At the office, together with other students – and of course under the guidance of experienced Smooved colleagues.

  🗺️ Gare Maritime - Picardstraat 7 (Spaces Business Center), 1000 Brussel

• At fixed times during the week: between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM (commitment to one shift is also possible).

• Available for at least 8 weeks.
